Xandra’s journal, March 2023:

It’s Aries season. Have YOU made any reckless decisions yet? 

I’m going to Crete as a priestess apprentice. That’s been decided for a while. But we’re creeping closer to the time I really gotta book my flights.

I’ve been contemplating a fun stopover; I have to transfer anyway. I plugged in a buncha different options, and got angel numbers for everything. The message: this journey is supported. I can’t do it wrong. When every answer is the right answer, how do I choose? 

When in doubt, expand the vision. As Kaylin Mally would say, What would the hottest most successful version of myself do? 

She would fly to Poland and ride world class rollercoaster Zadra.

When they nearly name a rollercoaster after you, you gotta go. A solo pilgrimage to this coaster has been on the list for YEARS. Of course I’d go eventually, but in the distant faraway future. Until… I stopped and asked: why not now? 

Already unsure how I’d afford the flights to Crete, the non-optional part of the journey, how could I possibly add ANOTHER leg of the journey? But adding a couple hundred £ bucket list destination detour was the fire I needed to motivate me to make this happen. So it’s happening. Simply because I decided it must. 

It’s already working out. The flights via this route are way less than I was estimating. 

Zadra, darling, here I come 🥰

Epilogue: she met her new favourite rollercoaster. she made a friend along the way. she made it there and back again. she found this unpublished entry and swelled with pride. 🎢
